01 / SELECTED WORK
The most consequential challenges rarely arrive neatly packaged within a single function. These examples show how cross-functional experience can change the way an organization identifies problems, makes decisions, and creates value.

At a global pharmaceutical company, led a division established to address operational problems arising at the interfaces between the parent organization and acquired subsidiaries.
02 · SCIENCE, DATA & TECHNOLOGY

03 · OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE
Identified operational friction, connected decision-makers, and aligned functions around practical solutions and business results.
04 · HEALTHCARE BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Assumed leadership of reimbursement and billing operations at a diagnostics company, translating cross-functional accountability into improved business performance.

03 / BACKGROUND
My career has crossed the traditional boundaries separating science, business, law, technology, and operations. I have held senior legal and operating leadership roles in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and diagnostics organizations, including direct responsibility for functions well beyond the legal department.
That breadth informs how I approach difficult questions: understand the real problem, follow its effects across the enterprise, and align the right people, capabilities, and decisions around a solution.
I bring cross-functional executive leadership to organizations navigating complex strategic, operational, and technological change.
04 / PERSPECTIVE
“The scope of a solution should be determined by the nature of the problem—not the boundaries of the department where it first appears.”Read my perspective on AI & transformation →
